We offer "Hittsumi," a local dish highly praised by the locals! Made with ingredients from the southern region, it's a hearty and flavorful dish.This dish is made with a special broth combining whole chicken stock and local vegetables, bringing out the delicious flavors of the ingredients! It's sure to warm both your heart and body!

Our cold noodles use our own homemade roast beef, something you won't see very often elsewhere! The soup is also original to our store, and we are selling it under the name "Toda Hisashi" cold noodles not only in our store, but also in local supermarkets and department stores.Please enjoy our special cold noodles, which are even more delicious than when you eat them at home. Izakaya restaurant Hisataya, directly managed by Toda Hisashi, has opened on the second floor of Monaka near the bus center in Morioka Nakanobashi! It's easily accessible from the bus center, making it the perfect place for meetings. It's great for lunch, and we also recommend using it as an izakaya at dinner time. We have a wide variety of snacks that go well with alcohol, including hittsumi.
